By appointment only, we focus on personalized care, natural-looking results, and high-quality service for every client.

PRE-APPOINTMENT DISCLAIMERS

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time. Lash clients must arrive with clean lashes, free of makeup, oils, or mascara. Hair services are wash-only; no styling or braiding is provided. Injectable services require completed consent forms and medical clearance. Results may vary by individual. Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to service.

CANCELLATION & DEPOSIT POLICY

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to one rescheduled appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours will forfeit the deposit. No-shows are charged 100% of the service price and may require prepayment for future bookings. Repeated no-shows may result in booking restrictions.
